My education and credentials
In 1986, I received my Bachelor’s degree in biology with a minor in chemistry from Molloy College in Rockville Center, New York. In 1989, I received my Doctorate in Chiropractic from New York Chiropractic College in Old Brookville, New York (the school expanded and moved upstate to Seneca Falls, New York in 1991).
I have licenses to practice Chiropractic in New York and Virginia. I am a Diplomate of the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners and I am certified in Chiropractic Biophysics.
Continuing education is required by New York State but I love it so much I have taken hundreds of hours in orthopedics, X-ray, neurology nutrition, and pediatrics. I’m even a certified fitness trainer from the International Sports Sciences Association.
I have been a wellness consultant for corporations and government agencies such as Hyatt Hotels, Aetna Healthcare, AT&T, and the U.S. Geological Survey. In 2007, I was a featured speaker in the panel discussion, “Creating Wellness” sponsored by New York State Assemblywoman Ginny Fields.
